Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons we cannot exchange earrings if you simply change your mind.

Great care has been taken to produce your earrings, however if they arrive faulty or broken, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items to arrange a replacement of refund.

Use a damp cloth to wipe any dust, make-up etc. from your earrings.
